Born in Culiacan, Sinaloa, on December 30, 1991.

His parents, Ernesto Rios Muralist Rocha, author of "The largest mural done by an artist certified by Guinness World Records in Mazatlan International Center (MIC) and her mother a painter Ana Cecilia Lopez was initiated at an early age the world of painting and art.

In their schooling has won several competitions in areas such as chemistry, mathematics, literature and art, and has always been the most outstanding students in both academic and participation in cultural and social activities, as has many awards.

Currently studying a degree in architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa.

Rios is a member of the Group, an organization that promotes, produces and distributes cultural activities and works.

His dream is to become a great architect and muralist, so in his spare time working on his art.

His work includes figurative and decorative art, and is distributed in several galleries around the country.
